Natalie Arnett, is the senior equalities officer at NAHT, the school leadership union. NAHT is the largest association for school leaders in the UK representing over 34,000 headteachers, deputy and assistant heads, school business and middle leaders. Natalie leads on NAHT’s equality, diversity & inclusion strategy, oversees the growth of NAHT’s equality networks and engages with government to press forward on key equality issues for school leaders. Natalie is also currently a school governor in a Federation.
